2019/20 Registration Info

Welcome to the Halifax Dunbrack Soccer Club 2019/20 Winter season registration platform!

Please familiarize yourself with the information below before proceeding to the online registration portal.


 Registration Deadlines:   Registration deadlines ensure that players are placed appropriately on teams, and that teams have enough players to be viable in the league. Please adhere to the following deadlines in order to guarantee placement on a team.

  • Grassroots Programs - Registrations must be received by October 15th to avoid disappointment as these programs can fill up quickly. Sessions will start the week of October 14th so please register early to benefit from the full season of programming.
  • Skill Centre Programs - Registrations must be received by October 10th.
  • Competitive and Recreational Youth Programs (AA, A, B, and C) - Registrations must be received by October 10th. 
  • Competitive Youth Programs (AAA) - Registrations must be received by October 1st. This is a year long, 11 aside league. Assessments will begin October 5th.

Halifax Dunbrack Soccer Club endeavours to place all players on a suitable team. However, this is dependant on having enough players at a given age group to field a team, suitable coaching staff, and registration fees paid in a timely manner.


Player Assessment Fees:  All players are asked to attend the appropriate assessment sessions so that they may be placed on a suitable team. A $25 Assessment Fee has been added to the registration process for each AA and A program from U13 - U18. 

Payment and Refund Policies:  All members are asked to review the Payment Policy and Refund Policy before completing the registration process. Our payment and refund policies will be strictly enforced.


In Person Registration:  Members are encouraged to take advantage of our new online registration platform, which includes payment in installments by credit card. However, for those who wish to register in person, please complete the Paper Form and drop it off att the HDSC office with payment during business hours. If dropping it off or mailing it with a cheque, all cheques are payable to "HDSC". 

Players New to the Club:  Players who are new to Halifax Dunbrack Soccer Club must submit a copy of their health card or birth certificate as proof of age.
