Registration Payment Guidelines

Halifax Dunbrack Soccer Club - Registration and Fee Guidelines

Registration Payment:  Registration payment is due at the time of registration, and must be completed before a player will be allowed to attend player assessments or training sessions.

Installment Payments:  With our new Demosphere registration platform, we are pleased to offer our members the option to register online and pay in up to four (4) convenient installments with a credit card. Please note that for the U04 - U10 Grassroots program, payment is limited to two (2) installments. For the U15/U17AAA 11 aside, year-long program, payment has been expanded to nine (9) installments.

Outstanding Fees:  All outstanding fees owed for previous seasons must be paid in full before a player will be allowed to register for the current season. Players with an outstanding balance will not be permitted to register for a new season, attend assessment sessions, or be placed on a team roster. Please note that this includes any outstanding fees due and payable to any other club. Contact us at info@dunbrack.ca to pay any outstanding fees.

Funding Applicants:  Players requiring funding assistance through Jumpstart or KidSport must provide the club with a copy of their most current Notice of Assessment, as well as proof at the time of registration that they have applied for funding, by providing the application reference number and/or confirmation email indicating that their application has been received by the applicable funding organization. Any balance of fees not covered by the funding organization are the responsibility of the member. Players who require funding help are asked to register in person at the HDSC office.

Everyone Plays Applicants:  Players requesting funding assistance through the Everyone Plays initiative must apply for Jumpstart and KidSport first, and must have been a club member in good standing for two seasons before they will be considered for in-house funding.

NSF Fee:  Cheques returned to the club for insufficient fees will be subject to a $50 NSF fee.

Refund Policy: Click on this Refund Policy link to review our policies on withdrawal and refunds.
